Locate your Employee Express credential (user ID and password)
Notify Janet Curtis that you have received your credential by e-mailing
janet.curtis@dot.gov
.
Await notification by e-mail that the FMCSA Portal is ready to accept your Employee Express credentials.
When using your credential on the FMCSA Portal for the first time:
Enter your Employee Express user ID and password (your credential)
Proceed to use the FMCSA Portal as before.
